Ask Costa Rica is designed to collect only the information needed to provide recommendations, understand where a visitor came from, and measure completed affiliate bookings.

Website and attribution data

Partner landing pages can store a campaign code in your browser. We may record an outbound booking click, including the tour, booking provider, campaign code, and time. We do not collect card details or process tour payments.

WhatsApp conversations

Messages sent through WhatsApp are also handled under WhatsApp's terms and privacy policy. Concierge messages may be processed by an AI service to produce a response grounded in our curated catalog. Avoid sending payment information, passport details, or other sensitive personal data in chat.

External bookings

When you continue to an external booking provider, its privacy policy and terms govern the information you provide there.
