Some booking links on Ask Costa Rica are affiliate links. If you follow one and complete a qualifying booking, Ask Costa Rica may receive a commission from the booking provider. This does not increase the price you pay.

How recommendations are chosen

We aim to recommend experiences that fit the traveler's interests, timing, group, and location. A possible commission does not guarantee placement or a positive recommendation.

Partner attribution

A campaign code may identify the hotel or other local partner that introduced a traveler. We use booking provider reports to calculate any agreed partner share from commission Ask Costa Rica actually receives.
